Requests for booking services are sent electronically. Reservation is possible to make after the payment of a deposit of at least 30 %, the rest is to be paid upon arrival. Reservation for rent-a-kayak is possible to make without payment, only by e-mail. Once the Organizer receives the client’s request for a reservation, he will send the data to the client for payment in advance. Once the Organizer receives the payment, he will send the client the confirmation of the payment and the reservation is confirmed.
When hiring movables client is required to sign an agreement on the spot and have the proper documents.
Programs are subject to change , depending on the abilities and desires of the group or client, in case of bad weather conditions , in case of special circumstances or events , and similar. Therefore, the Organizer reserves the right to change the program without prior notice. In case of cancellations or changes by the Organizer, he will notify the client as soon as possible and he will offer the following options:
a) the client can accept a new date of service offered by the Organizer
b) the client can accept the replacement program/trip/service of identical or similar content
c) the client can completely cancel the reservation with a full refund.


The client is required to notify the Organizer about his decision within 2 days of the new offer. If the client is not satisfied with the offer or he does not want to accept it, it will be considered that the reservation is cancelled, and client is entitled to a full refund. The request for a refund must be submitted in writing to the Organizer, and the Organizer is obligated to repay the money within 30 days.
Cancellation must be made in writing –and sent by e -mail.
Fee in case of service cancellation to pay (percentage of total cost):
– 30 or more days prior to arrival: 10 %
– 29-22 days before the start / arrival: 25 %
– 21-15 days before the start / arrival: 40 %
– 14-8 days before the start / arrival: 80 %
– 7-0 days before the start / arrival: 100 %
– No-shoiw: 100 %
The Organizer is responsible for the implementation of services, care of the rights and interests of the client in accordance with good practices in tourism. The Organizer is obliged to ensure that the client receives all the services and therefore liable to the client for possible failure of the services or part of the service. The Organizer will not be responsible in case of the non- services caused by force majeure.
The client is required to have valid travel documents, to respect the customs and currency regulations of the Croatia, to comply with all the laws and customs of the country he is visiting, to provide to the Organizer insight into the original document confirming that services are paid for, and to cooperate with the Organizer in good faith. For all the damage to the equipment or vessel or immovable or any property, the client is bound to compensate any damage to the owner. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred due to non-compliance with obligations.
Boat transfer is usually performed and directed by the Organizer. The client is required to arrive at the place of transfer and be fully prepared for the transfer to be performed at the time. The Client can arrange his own transfer to the destination in agreement with the Organizer.
The Organizer is not responsible for luggage that is destroyed, lost, damaged or
stolen during staying or excursions or transfers.
Clinic and pharmacy are located in Murter. On Kornati there is no clinic or pharmacy. The client is aware of this fact and travel at his own risk.
Our prices do not include travel insurance of the travel risk.
The client has the right to object and claim damages for non-performance of services that is paid. All complaints will be solved on the spot. Subsequent complaints will not be considered. If the client is not satisfied with the way the complaint was dealt with, he is entitled to judicial arbitration. The client and the Organizer will try to solve all the possible litigation of this agreement. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, the court in Sibenik is responsible according to Croatian laws.
The client voluntarily stated personal information. Personal data are needed to perform the requested service. The same data will be used in communication between members of the organization. Organizer agrees that the client’s personal information will not be given to any third party without the consent of the client unless for the purpose of the execution of the requested service.
By paying the deposit or the total amount, the customer confirms that he has read these terms and conditions, and to be with them fully agrees.
